Choice Wraps Limited Vinyl Wrap Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies solely to vinyl wrap installations performed by Choice Wraps (“Company”) for the original purchaser (“Customer”).

1. Workmanship Warranty (14 Days)

Choice Wraps warrants its installation workmanship for a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of installation.

This workmanship warranty is strictly limited to installation-related defects that are reported in writing within the 14-day period and that are directly attributable to the installation process.

Covered workmanship defects are limited to:

  • Adhesion failure caused by improper installation

  • Edge lifting or seam separation present within the warranty period

  • Installation-related bubbling or wrinkling not caused by environmental, mechanical, or chemical factors

All workmanship claims must be reported within the 14-day period. Failure to report a claim within this timeframe voids the workmanship warranty in its entirety.

2. Post-Warranty Courtesy Repairs (Discretionary)

After the expiration of the 14-day workmanship warranty, Choice Wraps may, at its sole and absolute discretion, offer repairs or adjustments as a courtesy or goodwill service.

Any such courtesy repairs:

  • Are not guaranteed

  • Do not constitute a warranty or extension of warranty

  • Do not reset or renew the original warranty period

  • May be subject to labour charges, material costs, or partial replacement pricing

  • Are determined on a case-by-case basis

Choice Wraps reserves the unrestricted right to decline any post-warranty repair request for any reason.

3. Material Warranty (Manufacturer Only)

All vinyl films, laminates, and related materials are covered exclusively by the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, limitations, surface orientation rules, climate zone classifications, and maintenance requirements.

Choice Wraps makes no independent warranty regarding material longevity, durability, color stability, or performance.

Choice Wraps may, at its sole discretion, assist the Customer with manufacturer warranty claims for a period of up to three (3) years from the date of installation. After this period, the Customer is solely responsible for pursuing any manufacturer warranty claims directly with the manufacturer.

Approval or denial of any material warranty claim is determined solely by the manufacturer, and Choice Wraps bears no responsibility for the outcome of such claims.

4. Vehicle Surface Condition

This warranty applies only to vehicles with factory-applied paint in good condition or professionally repainted surfaces that have cured for a minimum of ninety (90) days prior to installation.

Choice Wraps is not responsible for paint failure, peeling, cracking, delamination, clear-coat separation, pre-existing defects, corrosion, rust, body damage, or damage occurring during or after vinyl removal.

5. Care, Maintenance, and Use

Warranty coverage is contingent upon proper care and maintenance. Failure to follow provided care instructions voids all warranty coverage.

Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

  • Pressure washing

  • Automated or brush car washes

  • Abrasive tools or chemical cleaners

  • Improper storage or prolonged exposure to extreme conditions

6. Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; accidents; vandalism; misuse; abuse; third-party damage; environmental exposure including UV, extreme temperatures, gravel, road debris, salt, moisture intrusion, or weather-related conditions; or failures resulting from mechanical or environmental stress.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Choice Wraps’ liability under this Limited Warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the affected vinyl section, at Choice Wraps’ discretion.

Choice Wraps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of revenue, or diminished vehicle value. Total liability shall not exceed the original installation cost of the affected area.

8. No Other Warranties

This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Choice Wraps. All other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Non-Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and the original vehicle on which the vinyl was installed.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Alberta.

11. Acceptance

By authorizing installation and taking delivery of the vehicle, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Limited Warranty in full.
